Operating Instructions:

Step 1: Remove the Corn Butter’s heat transfer plate on the bottom of the unit.
Step 2: Press the pusher out the bottom of the unit. Re-insert the pusher into the top until it engages the ratchet system.
Step 3: Insert 1/2 stick of hard (cold) butter through the bottom of the corn butterer. Re-assemble the heat transfer plate. Place the cover over the heat transfer plate area.
Step 4: Remove salt & pepper containers by pushing up on the release tabs. Fill with seasoning as desired. Reinsert into the top of the corn butter.
